Office Administrator - TimberSpan
About the Role: We have a new opportunity for an experienced Office (or Accounts) Administrator or recent Business graduate to join our TimberSpan team at our Longlands, Hastings Office. The role is varied and would suit a well-organised, methodical person with good accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally you have some previous experience in accounts payable or office administration, but training can be provided. You will need to be a self-starter who likes working independently whilst using your own initiative. The role is part-time and can accommodate flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and paying invoices by the due date
- Attending to visitors and answering incoming calls
- Setting up new vendors and ensuring payment of suppliers
- Assisting with inwards goods processing, stock counts and reconciliation
- Project administration
About you:
You will have a positive attitude, customer focused approach and:
- Be well-organised with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Have experience in a reception / administrative role
- Have prior experience in accounts payable / receivable
- Have a collaborative working style and the ability to get on with a range of people
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Have a Full Drivers Licence
