You will need to:

• Have proficiency with computers and systems.
• Have reasonable mechanical aptitude
• Ideally be tertiary qualified (preferred)
• Be self-motivated, keen to learn and driven to achieve targets.
• Have good problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Have the motivation and ability to lead others.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to develop rapport with a diverse workforce.
• Have the flexibility to work shifts i.e., dayshift (5.00am – 3.30pm) or night shift (3.30pm – 2.30am), Monday to Friday
